Ecobodaa is an e-mobility startup focused on providing affordable, sustainable transportation through electric bikes. They aim to revolutionize urban mobility by offering users access to electric bike rentals, battery swap stations, and real-time vehicle tracking. I was tasked with designing a user-friendly dashboard that allows operators to manage bikes, track battery usage, monitor swap stations, and handle customer data efficiently.
To kick off the project, I began by conducting stakeholder interviews and gathering insights on the operational challenges faced by Ecobodaa. I mapped out user journeys, identifying key pain points in monitoring bikes and batteries across multiple stations. From there, I created low-fidelity wireframes, focusing on a clean layout that prioritized critical data. After user testing and feedback, I refined the design, introducing data visualizations for real-time tracking and streamlined workflows for managing customer information and swap stations.
The final product delivered a highly intuitive and efficient dashboard, reducing operator workload and enabling faster decision-making. As a result, Ecobodaa’s team could now track operations with greater ease and precision, improving overall system performance.
