ABOUT:

16 Days of Activism is a passion project I initiated to raise awareness around gender-based violence during the international 16-day campaign. I designed and developed a storytelling-driven website to highlight key themes, spark reflection, and invite users into the conversation. I led the full design and development of the site — from concept and layout to typography, interaction design, and final Webflow build. I focused on crafting a digital experience that felt both urgent and reflective, using bold visuals and intentional pacing.

PROCESS & OUTCOME:

I began with deep research into the origins and themes of the 16 Days of Activism movement. From there, I designed a narrative-driven website with clean structure, minimal palette, and impactful typography — letting the message carry weight without distraction.

In parallel, I designed a poster series using key phrases from the campaign to spark engagement online and in public. These assets were tailored for shareability, both in static and motion formats. The visuals kept consistency across mediums, allowing the campaign to feel unified whether viewed on-screen or on the street.

The project was shared widely across digital spaces and picked up by local activist communities. It opened space for conversation, especially among people encountering the campaign for the first time. The blend of immersive web experience and visual storytelling through posters made the project accessible, powerful, and deeply personal.
